OMG sew! the caps on those detergents are also a measuring cup!! u put it on its side and fill up the cup!! much easier that way! also u can rinse the cup out when the washer fills up with water
just saving ur wrist from injury even tho ur back in singapore by now

Helpful tip: the "cap" for the laundry detergent is also a measuring cup to measure how much soap you'd like to add (I don't know what the measurement are, like whether they are measuring average soap usage for average-sized loads of laundry or fluid ounces/milliliters or something, but I'm certain that'll be specified on the detergent container).
That's why the pump is on the bottom of the side so that you can just set the whole container on top of your machine and place the "cap" under the little pump and then just press the button, fill the cup to your desired amount and then pour out of the cup.

For kimchi jiggae base, u need to get Japanese hondashi which is ikan bilis+ kombu granules. Just 1 teaspoon in the soup will make it yummier!

you can try to stir fry the kimchi with oil first before adding water when making the stew, the taste will be stronger

Use chicken/beef/ikanbillis/veg/kelp stock for the soup base. youre missing fish sauce and soy sauce! and don't add too much water!

Add a bit a bacon to stir fry with the kimchi before adding water. And you need korean chili powder (gochugaru) also!
