Hi Paul! I am looking to buy land and build a home in the Ann Arbor area early next year. Do you have any information on that area? Do you recommend starting with a real estate agent early? Will an agent help with locating a good builder?
So if I want to build a house in a few years, I should be looking at buying a lot now right? Ideally I’d like to pay it off before starting the build so it’s one less thing to pay for. Is this a good idea? I was going to text you but I hate wasting agents time when I’m not ready.
