You know... Belial was always a universal threat, a conqueror. Tregear has never shown any interest or indication of wanting to conquer worlds, just throw them into chaos. He's more of a personal evil, as shown in his attempts to corrupt Taiga, and before that Rosso.

When ever Tregear talks about how light or darkness has no meaning at all or when ever he states how the power of bonds is useless, I can agree with him. Sometimes I believe that bonds can betray a person and through dark times, light and darkness truly don’t mean anything. As he says:
