Great show, great song, great video. I hadn't really thought about the way the Winchesters' roles have sort of reversed compared to the earlier seasons. It seems like Sam's finally gotten a hold of himself, and now Dean's starting to break under the weight of all the years of hunting.
My friend summed it up perfectly. It's season four in reverse. In season four Sam made some huge mistakes but his intentions were good. Now Dean has made a horrible choice with the mark but again his intentions were good. The outcomes though on both parts were and will be disaster. In season four it was up to Dean to save Sam and now it's up to Sam to save Dean. It's come full circle.
