When was this built? I thought the master came with double doors.
Hi Allison, there are many options and the builders are always changing things with their floorplans.
We built this model in 2018. The double doors were an option.
Hello, I wanted to know if Stanley Martin build homes in Hartsville, SC, if so I'm looking for a home with a bedroom w/ bathroom on the first floor and Master suite on the top level and a basement. If Stanley Martin, doesn't build there, what's the closest area to Hartsville, SC, that he does build homes. I'm very soon to relocate to South Carolina.
The closest place they build to hartsville, sc is in Sumter. About 50 minutes away. Would that work for you?

Oh they build in Sumter, SC now, do they build a home with a basement there too.

Hi Bildad, basements are rare to find here. It’s more of a luxury than a necessity in our area. There are some basement homes but you typically won’t find them in new construction.

We built this home in 2018. The standard is 3 bathrooms. We upgraded and added 1.5 bathrooms. The only linen closets we got were the upgraded guest en suite bath and the standard upstairs bathroom. There is not one in our master bath which I do not like, but we purchased a standalone linen closet off of Amazon
