If i had work small-mid size firm during articleship and had thorough exposure in gst, nd interested also..is there will be quite difference in big 4 gst client work than mid sized firm's gst client work? Can take call accordingly

I don't think so- they will see ur ca exam marks and your technical/communication skills. Lol who cares about 10th std marks anymore
Big 4 is mostly based on communication technicals and ca marks, and obviously as they are humans i think some personal bias could be there.
