Yeah not a fan of bloodthirster. Something more defensive with maybe health or passives would be my choice. Im a big fan of trinity force for that 300 health and spellblade but also edge of night would be good choice, perhaps both
Does nothing and the healing makes u full or heal more than 300 in team fights that would make you tankier than tri, also bloodthirster is over 100 ad on rengar...
@plneet3504 it's only that much AD while you are at high health which is not always. The healing is zero defense if you are not actively dealing damage which is also not always. And even still, the healing does nothing if your W would have healed that health anyway. Furthermore you don't even need that much AD. At this point, you already have tons of AD and additional AD would be redundant. This is why I said he should buy something more defensive. Immortal shieldbow is a more defensive option if you insist on wanting lifesteal.
