Let's go. About time someone got a good score with HUNK. Here's hoping you push him past 2800K.
The huge score buff he got from the update makes him the second best character after Leon now. Pretty insane.

@@idontwant2beasoldiermama241 Basically a lot of characters received mayhem bonus buffs. HUNK and pinstripe Leon do 8K per headshot in mayhem. Default Ada does 7.5K with her handgun. Dress Ada does 6K with either of her weapons. Krauser went from 1K to 2K per hit of his combo attack, but the final hit of it, and Stinger, now give 4K per kill. Stuff like this. The base time gain from melees, headshots, and knives are now normalized at four seconds to start. With the addition of Super Salvador, I guess you could say HUNK is probably the best boss killer in the game. Every boss, except Garradores, can be instantly killed. Heavy grenades and frags fix that right up though.
@@zomaskingdom Luis' pistol also got a huge buff. It now gives 9k per hs in mayhem.
@@DualMyth Very true. I was just giving general examples. It's his best weapon now instead of his rifle.

Okay, so things I've learned from this video in order to have high scores are :
-Learn how to parry, especially to perform perfect parry because that will help fill your mayhem meter fast.
-Only pick knives and and other necessary stuffs. Map your item route you don't want to waste times scavenging or backtracking.
-Aim for headshots as much as possible to add more times. Especially in mayhem, it adds 8000k bonuses score per kill, unless when you target bosses, aim for body to rack up 600 as much as possible.
-If you against chainsaw and not in mayhem, try to minimize risk of death by going for neck breaker. you still get 8000k at least.
-When not in mayhem, try to kill as minimum as possible. Only kill to keep your combo going.
-Wrap things as quick as possible. Times = bonus scores.
note : still couldn't figure out how to break from neck choking enemies, they often wreck my combos which pisses me off, apart from bombers and arrows
this is a perfect summary. And I didn't even notice that perfect parries increase the mayhem faster until you mentioned it
@@kenyoncarter5908 it is, the frustrating part though, is to predict whether the enemy going to attack normally or choke you, if you do get choked, high chance it will break your combo especially when the meter is already low to begin with
well that, and also whenever you got fumbled, be it by getting attacked, or just simply bumped into a ganado, dev gone extra with the animations
@mencobasukses97 a big issue for me honestly is they damn near refuse to attack me🤣 the 80% of the match looks like a meet-and-greet with the enemies just staring at me from 2 feet away so I have to sacrifice a kill just to not lose my streak and I've gained little mayhem

I’ve only just got into mercenaries and after watching most of ur video I got straight on, I didn’t manage to get a really high score but I wiped all the enemies out with a total score of 837,480 which is my highest score so far and a rank S+, but I’ve got S+ a few times. I didn’t even know u could clear all the enemies, I thought there was no end to the enemies in a match. Honestly after doing this on my first try after watching ur video I reckon I can start smashing high scores out, just need to get better with my combo’s. Thanks 👍

Thank you for the strategy, I'm doing this tonight. Only managed a measly 1 200 000 with hank so far. Been using the mayhem wrong so far. Plus that sweet parry.

This is the best mercs ever, but NGL that they should again do a balance on how much points you get for the remaining time because this strategy of keep parring enemies instead of killing them as fast as possible is kinda boring to do. :(

Does a lot of the run feel like luck because of enemy behavior?? The ganados are never this aggressive against me so I struggle to build mayhem meter quickly... Good stuff though!
You need a bit of luck at the start. Later on the enemies get a lot more aggressive.
Thought so, I'm struggling getting the 2nd mayhem without wasting too much time. Never as aggressive as they were compared to this run

Hello! Nice play! But why all records in the ladder are only 3 000 000? Is it impossible to move above?
There is no score limit but the leaderboards will only display up to 3 million. Currently no on has legitimately got over 3 million yet. All the 3 million scores on the leaderboards are hackers/modders.

@@PozitivMC Capcom doesn't care. RE5 and RE6 had the same problem but nothing was done about it.
Nice Job!!! Clean gameplay, well deserved the High Score. Btw, how do you do to make the enemies attack? I mean, to aggro them, sometimes they stay like 30 sec without doing anything
It's hard to get them to attack at the very start but later on they will attack much more often. Try to get close to groups of enemies to increase your odds of an attack and keep moving because it helps trigger their attacks. Sometimes bumping into an enemy can trigger them to attack as well. Of course some enemies just refuse to attack, so some luck is involved.
I see, thanks for the info. I was able to reach 2.345m as Hunk in village, top 1# is 2.540m, but it's hard to achieve. How many attempts was necessary to reach this score? Also, if possible, I'd like to see you playing on console, there is no one not even near your score, and console is more trust because there are no cheaters@@DualMyth
@@dadeordyex2909 I don't have any of the new consoles. It takes me a few hours of grinding to get these kind of scores but I have been playing consistently since the game came out.
What does pulling your knife out to deflect do instead of just pressing L1? Or do you have to have your knife out and press another button?
It doesn't make a difference. Once you pull out the knife it will stay out until you aim your weapon.

Parrying is the fastest way to fill the mayhem meter.

Pretty much. The update gave everyone a time bonus buff and HUNK also got a buff to his mayhem kills.
