They are not actually endangered. They are overpopulated in many areas and destroying the reef eating everything in sight. Areas that were once plentiful with numerous grouper species are now desolate after trying to compete with these Reef Monsters.
Yes we vacuum sealed and froze all the meat that we didn’t eat right away. The Neritic Cooler Backpack can hold 45 pounds of fillets and fits as a carry on.
They are not actually endangered. The science on population of these species hasn’t been updated in over 35 years and they are a nuisance and over populated in many places.
I think quotes implied a level of sarcasm…take a look at population levels man… they are UP. And they are nasty. Also legal by license/permit in FL now. Thank god.
Flawed at best to do inaccurate studies based on man made Fish Attracting Devices but not on the ledges and reefs where they dominate and even bully sharks.
Way to go Ethan, cool to see a proper video with our homie in it. 🔥
Yeahhhh Ethan yewwwwww
CJ . . . any ideas about spearing in El Salvador? I imagine it's similar to CR.
I have all kinds of ideas. Message me sometime to discuss
As spearo myself, spearing endangered species is like saying “we’re the ones destroying the planet”.
Just shitty content

hell yeah. how do you fix sinuses when their acting up? mine have been blowing up after 1 day diving
There’s a number of remedies. For this instance I used anti inflammatory medicine as well as steroid sinus rinses for 3 days.
Wow, looks like a great trip! Were you able to fly some meat home?

Feels like youre lowering the image of all spearos to put out a click baity title. Endangered species, legal or not is fucking grim.

@@CJDuffie22 I and almost all spearos know the conservation status is useless. The general public that see that title do not.
And you are making Spearo’s sound gay
"The science on population of these species hasn’t been updated in over 35 years" Blatant lie, the species was last assessed in 2016.
