Philip has its own wiz app to control the lights color and dimming. Can l&g mobile app be used to pair these lights or do we need to use philips wiz app

No it supports only 2.4 Ghz , Home automation products works on 2.4 GHz it's good as it has wide range . 5 Ghz has short range.
You're selling defective OEM Switches. I've tried these in my personal space. Of the 30 switches installed, 26 have already stopped working with the app. The WiFi LED no longer blinks on reset, i.e., the device doesn't enter pairing mode. All the switches are only touch-operable now. DON'T BUY

@@Leccygenesis Ordered from Amazon. Don't have it rn. How do I enter pairing mode other than the method described in the video...because the WiFi LED ain't blinking even on holding for 30 secs. Tried Power Cycle as well. As per the product manual available online, the WiFi LED should start blinking green but in my case, it doesn't blink...just a short red led blink for 0.5 secs
