    These xc races are so legendary it’s interesting to hear the thoughts of someone who was in the middle of it. Keep these up for sure

    These 2018 races are where I first heard about Grant. Morgan had your number for sure but I’m glad you found a way to excel past that. Reminds me of how Kipchoge found a way to distinguish himself after being owned by Bekele in the early years.

      Also, I often breathe hard early in a tough race to make sure I am staying ahead of oxygen debt. Morgan may have been doing a tactic like that.

    Good to listen to the insights one of the best American distance runners. But, much of the first 7.5 minutes was about personal likes that was not interesting to me.
