This was some of the most physically painful squash I've watched in ages - some of those movements these guys were making should have had them tearing muscles and breaking bones even. Insane pace, epic retrievals, great sportsmanship in between. Incredible match

It’s mind boggling to see Mo still able to counter such speed and skill at his age now, extraordinary hi octane game where you can feel the power coming through the shots! Simply wow
I was just thinking... I have never seen Mo move like that before. Incredible!! Also, there is no way he can keep it up forever... We need to enjoy his skill set while we can.

It wasnt long ago I said that the match I watched then was the fastest I'd seen, but this was faster than that! Unbelieveable speed and accuracy and reflexes. I am impressed El Shorbagy was able to keep up with him.

I find it interesting all the comments about Mo Elshorbagy’s age when he’s 32. Gaultier won the British Ooen at age 35. Nick Mathew won the world championship at age 33 I think. Jansher Khan was 35 or 36 when he won his last World Championship. 32 isn’t that old. What’s more impressive in his case is he the longevity, as he entered the PSA circuit around age 17.

I"m bursting with excitement watching this. This match is more dynamic, exciting and features the shotmaking that Asal could make without his blocking of opponents. Its more exciting to watch than a Coll, Faraq or Elias game. This is squash at its best. I can't remember the last time El Shorbagy was challenged to this extent.

Unreal physicality. Those movement hurt to watch. Both are warriors. I hope Ibrahim stays healthy this year and continues on this path. El shorbagy…what can I say he doesnt seem to age. One of the greatest players of all time. Certainly the most durable and battle tested
That is an unbelievable match. Ibrahim is so unorthodox but massively exciting to watch. Amazing the Mohammed pulled through that barrage to still win.

Would love to see what happened in the second game. Score went from 2-6 to 10-6! Ibrahim really had his chances. Most be hard to lose after the amount of clean retrieving he did.
