    I like that this was a separate short video. These bite size tidbits are really helpful and easy to digest. It's great to be able to bookmark them for later as well.

    Video is easy to follow, and I like that Essentials allows users to create/curate relevant information about their business that would be very helpful to customers. Another great way to allow for customization with a professional look in an easy-to-use content management system (CMS) interface.

    This is another great feature of the Essentials Platform. However, you must remember that your Salesforce Knowledge is only as good as the content you choose to publish. Be sure to take some time in writing relevant, and concise content.
