I have been shipping Stiles and Lydia since season 1. In season 2, I actually cried when Jackson and Lydia were still together at the end and Stiles was just watching the girl he loved with someone else. In season 3, their friendship grew stronger but Lydia was with Aiden. Later on she realized that she didn't want to be with a bad guy. She started to develop feelings for Stiles but then came Malia. In season 4, Malia and Stiles were official and about then Lydia knew she had to hide her feelings away for Stiles. So she decided to wait for him. This season had me heartbroken. In season 5, Stiles and Lydia continue to be good friends and stick by each others side, still denying the feelings they have for each other. But their actions show us more than that. Deep down they both love each other.

I honestly do not understand anyone who says that this is forced, because it is the least forced ship in all eternity. They have gone through so much together, and everyone can see how that boyish crush from the beginning of season 1 turned into adult love. This is what everyone can call a true relationship.

Don't get me wrong, I'm with Stydia since the beginning. Stydia is endgame, I think we all know that, but I would like to add that Parrish swooped over Lydia to protect them, because her scream caused an explosion, that's why he carried her out. In fact, Lydia told Stiles to run away from her. can we all take in the fact that stiles said its a ten year plan. He's liked Lydia since the third grade, which is when they were 8 and 10 years later which is now the current season they are 18. STILES AND LYDIA WILL BE TOGETHER it was Stiles 10 year plan its bound to happen.

I love this so much, amazing job well done. I hate what the show has done to their relationship, much like TVD with Klaroline, they built up the relationship leading the viewers on, viewers that wanted what they were building up to. The relationship developed and they kissed and everything but then they literally just drop it. They drop it like there was never a connection, like those whole however-many seasons worth of chemistry and relationship development were nothing and make Stiles instantly move on from a girl he's been crushing on since 3rd grade and had a chance with for a girl he's known for a total of five minutes. Which is accurate because he hardly got to know Malia before they sent her back to her dad so they randomly started up their relationship wen they were both in the like mental home?? It's safe to say, whether you ship them or not, Stydia is one of the most beautifully executed, perfectly acted, slow burners ever. the writers always kept us wanting more, but gave us just enough of them to know that they were always meant to be for eachother, Stydia was the endgame we all deserve❤️
To be honest it's ridiculous of the writers to change on a dime like that. Stiles has been OBSESSING over Lydia since the third 'FRICKIN' grade and now he decides to... what? Drop that chance when he was just getting somewhere because another girl finally shows some interest in him? I'm sorry but I don't buy it. Stalia feels forced, even on a character dynamic it just doesn't fit in with the way Stiles has behaved in the first 3 seasons. I have nothing against Malia, but her relationship with Stiles is honestly a drag to watch, and it doesn't add much to the show or to either of their characters. Stydia is honestly beautiful, and it's such a disappointment to see that the writers seem to have dropped the idea of finally getting them together. Anyway... I'm still holding out hope. They have gone through so much together, and everyone can see how that boyish crush from the beginning of season 1 turned into adult love. This is what everyone can call a true relationship.

Stydia is endgame, I think we all know that, but I would like to add that Parrish swooped over Lydia to protect them, because her scream caused an explosion, that's why he carried her out. I love this so much, amazing job well done. I hate what the show has done to their relationship, much like TVD with Klaroline, they built up the relationship leading the viewers on, viewers that wanted what they were building up to. The relationship developed and they kissed and everything but then they literally just drop it. They drop it like there was never a connection, like those whole however-many seasons worth of chemistry and relationship development were nothing and make Stiles instantly move on from a girl he's been crushing on since 3rd grade and had a chance with for a girl he's known for a total of five minutes. Which is accurate because he hardly got to know Malia before they sent her back to her dad so they randomly started up their relationship wen they were both in the like mental home?? Stalia feels forced, even on a character dynamic it just doesn't fit in with the way Stiles has behaved in the first 3 seasons. I have nothing against Malia, but her relationship with Stiles is honestly a drag to watch, and it doesn't add much to the show or to either of their characters. Stydia is honestly beautiful, and it's such a disappointment to see that the writers seem to have dropped the idea of finally getting them together. Anyway... I'm still holding out hope.
