Lower 6/Zetsu: His powers let him sink into the earth, letting him easily escape from and attack his opponents from the ground. Muzan believes he's the weakest of the 12 Kizuki; however, he is far stronger than even Muzan knows of. He broke free of Muzan's control a long time ago and is able to pretend that he hasn't, even fooling Muzan's ability to read his subordinates minds by developing a split personality that thinks exactly what Muzan wants to hear. He has big plans to usurp Muzan when his guard is down and become the King of the Demons- to this end, he's been working behind the scenes to aid the Demon Slayer Corps in anticipation of their inevitable battle against Muzan. The moment Muzan is at his weakest, Zetsu will be waiting in the shadows, ready to devour him, everything having gone exactly according to plan.
Lower 5/Hidan: His powers let him transfer damage to his opponents, so long as he has obtained a part of their body (such as their blood) and stands in a circle made of his blood. The effectiveness of this ability depends on how much of them he's assimilated into himself.
Lower 4/Deidara: His cells have the ability to explode violently, destroying everything in the vicinity. In battle, he tears off pieces of his body and changes their shape before launching them at his opponents, turning the battlefield into a minefield.
Lower 3/Kakuzu: He gains power and knowledge from the hearts of those he eats, even able to give their hearts to his subordinates and grant them powers, much like Rui. Demons who he gives a demon slayer's heart to have been able to perform Breath attacks, and demons who he gives other demon's hearts to have been able to use those demon's Blood Demon Arts. Their power is vastly reduced from the original's, however.
Lower 2/Sasori: He can control any object he marks with his Blood Demon Art. He creates puppets out of corpses and other objects to this end. Surprisingly, based on power alone he's the weakest of the Twelve Kizuki; however, his genius at creation and cunning lets him stand above demons with more powerful abilities. To this end, even his "real" body has a trick to it- it's merely a flesh avatar, and his real neck is protected in a chamber in his heart, where most Demon Slayers wouldn't think to strike.
Lower 1/Orochimaru: His regenerative and body manipulation abilities allow him to easily evade attacks while striking back with snakelike speed. In addition, blood carries a poison of his own design that absorbs into the skin and is incredibly effective against humans and demons alike. His ultimate form is an 8-headed hydra beast surrounded by poisonous clouds. All 8 of his necks need to be cut off within 15 seconds before they start regenerating. This form is on the level of an Upper Moon, but it comes with conditions: the necks can't separate too far apart like Gyutaro and Daki's, and the form taxes even his regenerative abilities; using it for too long drains his strength.
Upper 6/Kisame: His Demon Art produces torrents of water from his body, flooding the battlefield. In water, he takes a shark-like form and attacks with incredible speed; in addition, he can control the water to attack many enemies over a wide area. The water saps an enemy's strength, and open wounds inside the water bleed profusely. He can give blood to his sword, turning it into a shark-like demon, and send it to consume the blood in the water or in other people. If his sword eats enough people and merges back into him, he becomes much stronger- however, if his opponent manage to stop or kill the sword, he loses all the blood he gave his sword.
Upper 5/Konan: Her Demon Art revolves around origami. In battle, she spawns thousands of origami shurikens, cranes, dragons, and much more to wage war as a one-woman army. Her origami creations can range in size from normal-sized to infiltrate and gather information, to giant amalgamations made of hundreds of sheets of paper that must all be destroyed. She can wrap smaller creations around her opponents, creating paper strait-jackets that hold even Hashira prisoner. In addition, she can create paper armor stronger than steel to protect her from attacks, and paper wings to fly above enemies. It seems she values Upper 1 above even Muzan, and that they both desire something outside his goals.
Upper 4/Obito: In battle, he can phase through attacks by warping parts of his body into a special room in the Infinity Fortress. In addition, he created a several rooms in the Infinity Fortress that are near-perfect vacuum, and can create doorways to anywhere in the Fortress, including the vacuum, in front of his opponents. Any human sucked into this room will soon die from being in a vacuum- even demons suffer greatly in the vacuum. In addition, he has several rooms where he has objects falling endlessly through a vacuum, building up incredible speed, and he can create doorways to launch them at opponents with devastating force.
Upper 3/Itachi: Like Enmu, he can infiltrate opponent's minds, assaulting them with illusions that cause pain and destroy their will- even if they are awake. But his most powerful technique is his Blood Demon Art: Illusionary Reality; if his opponents begin to believe his illusions are real, those illusions actually manifest in real life. The more they believe in the illusions, the more the illusion can effect the real world; a nigh-unheard of ability to cast Blood Demon Arts through the minds of his opponents. Itachi typically uses this ability to create illusionary flames that manifest in the real world to burn his targets after they're near allies. This power, along with his incredible understanding of the human mind and additional ability to leave traces of his ability in his target's mind long after they "escape" him, let him easily control others with the same precision Muzan has with his demons.
Upper 2/Sasuke: Even after becoming a Hashira, Sasuke could not defeat his brother, so he turned to Muzan for greater power. His power lets him absorb his opponents through the eyes in his sword, gaining their abilities as a result. With this ability, he gained Thunder Breathing, Fire Breathing, the ability to augment his attacks with natural elements, and incredible body manipulation, letting him create clones of himself. This ability let him learn about the See-Through World, but did not grant him that ability- although he eventually achieved that ability through intense focus. As a human, he possessed a Demon Slayer Mark- as a demon, that power has only increased. In battle, he can quickly analyze everything about his opponent, and instantly respond from a variety of his own abilities.
Upper 1/Pain: There are six demons who go by Upper 1, and each of them have abilities that would challenge even a Hashira with a Demon Slayer Mark. One of them can control crushing gravity, another can control large animalistic demons, another can heal demons who have been decapitated, and so on. A curiosity in that when one of them is defeated, it will not crumble to dust. That's because these demons are merely puppets of the real Upper 1, Nagato. If he determines that a defeated puppet cannot be healed by his healing puppet in time, he will teleport that puppet to his side and absorb it back into himself to regain his power. After a puppet is absorbed, he cannot recreate it unless he finds a suitable host for his power, which is rare. If he holds the power and finds a vessel that can contain it, he can pass the power to them and turn them into a new puppet. Absorbing all of the powers he's given turns him into an absurd monster, each individual power being amplified immensely.
Nagato despises the Demon Slayer Corps, who he views as hypocrites for refusing to kill humans and only killing demons while pretending that all humans are worth saving. That's because the land he and Konan come from has been ravaged not by demons, but by humans who oppress and ruthlessly control his people, turning his home into a war-torn hellhole. When they kill demons for threatening human life while turning a blind eye to humans doing the same, he remembers the pain he went through as a human. Because Demon Slayers will never kill humans, he will always look down on them. He sought power from Muzan so that he could bring peace to the world through fear of him. With Konan by his side, he will fight for the ideals he desperately clung to as a human, no matter how many will die in the meanwhile.

The Akatsuki were kind of begging for the demon treatment since half of them already look so bizarre. Deidara and Zetsu, in particular, really embody the style well in my opinion. I like how you used the Hand Demon as inspiration for Zetsu as well.

Honestly Orochimaru, Deidara, Kakuzu and Kizame make more sense as demons than as ninja
I love that subtle "fire" kanji mark on Itachi's face, although it's not 100% similar it kinda shows the irony of him joining dark side while still thinking highly of his will of fire as a Konoha shinobi.

anybody here who wished for more akatsuki cloak elements in their designs like what he did to pain. he had the cloud pattern but still very individual elements....
You know if this was the actual story I would be so invested in how Sasuke the Moon Hashira became a demon or how demon Sasuke snapped out of his demon form and became the Moon Hashira, he could also maybe be like Nezuko, Lady Tamayo, Yushiro, Genya.
In my headcanon, his brother Itachi was the Moon Hashira and Sasuke was his Tsuguko but one day he received the news that his brother became an Upper Moon demon after defeating the previous Upper Moon 3. Naturally, Sasuke succeeded Itachi as the Moon Hashira now hell-bent on why his brother betrayed the Corps he decided to look for a 12 Kizuki eventually encountering the Upper Moon 2, he had a hard time fighting the Upper Moon 2 but he successfully was the victor after he unknowingly performs a secret breathing technique; before we proceed the secret breathing technique is non-canon and was purely made up for the sake of my headcanon; this secret breathing technique is unique only to his family and few have mastered the form and only Sasuke was not taught this breathing as Itachi disappeared before he could, this technique grants the user the ability to absorb the life force of every demon cut by their nichirin swords and it doesn't stop there as they can assume a demon form at will and could project illusions on anyone even Muzan himself. The blood cells of the Upper Moon demons the Itachi and Sasuke have cut are Muzan's cells, this is how they have tricked Muzan into thinking they are his new Upper Moon demons. Now both Itachi and Sasuke are spies for the Demon Slayer Corps. Unfortunately, Itachi does not know that Sasuke performed their family's secret breathing and is fully convinced he became a demon while Sasuke on the other hand not knowledgeable about their secret breathing technique is convinced that Itachi has purely turned to the darkside.
i would also like to see how itachi handles interactions with the other moon like does he form a sient freindship with kisame like in original and what if he questions everything he ever knew about demons when he sees that they may eat and have their quirks but overall are still enjoyable people would he ask himeself if demons are all universaly evil or are they like humanity where it differs between individual and if the former would he ask himself are there demons that were forced into there new "lives" i believe he would soon be a morally grey guy as oppused to the black and white view of the corps and realize that ther are some humans that are just as evil and there might not be as much of a differance afterall
Just like original Upper Moon 6 (Daki & Gyutaro), Lower Moon 6 Zetsu are 2 demons in one body, to kill them you must separate them and cut of their heads at the same time but that would prove to be difficult as White Zetsu's are doppelgangers that could imitate anyone and Black Zetsu's are very cunning in handing in the shadows and in between places you least expect and both are adept in dangerous ambush attacks.

What I like about how you drew Obito is he looks like a mix between his Ten tails form,Gyutaro,and one of Hantengus clones it looks so cool and solid

6. Zetsu: his blood demon art allow him to create copies of himself, but the more he splits, the weaker his clones are
5. Hidan: always with his unique scythe, if he cut his enemy and drink his blood they will share all the injuries between them
4. Deidara: from mount on his arms is creating unique white sustance, which will shape to any form he wishes also it can explode by his wil
3. Kakuzu: four mask he is caring can shape into monsters which each have his own element , but if there are all four their power is weaker
2. Sasori: his unique tail is dangerous enough, but if he strike anyone with his tail they will become his pupets, there is no known limit to his power
1. Orochimaru: can shapeshift any part of his body to snakes, one bite will spread deadly blood poison, most powerefull he is in form of 8 headed snake
Upper Moons:
6. Kisame: good swordsman, can manipulate water and give it shape like sharks, also can transform into humanoid-shark hybrid in this form he is slower but his power more than twice greater also his endurance
5. Konan: manipulating paper, can cut thru steel like nothing, also fastest flying demon, no one can catch her in sky
4. Obito: orbs which fly on his back, can take forms from, stafs, swords, sticks, shields all are great for offense and defense, can be touch only with nichirin blades, if it touch normal skin, it imedietly start to crumble
3. Itachi: creating crows form his blood, all of them can fight and are hard to hit bacause of their size, if anyone is catched by their eyes their are under hipnosis, and are tortured for days in their heads, none demon slayer is known to survire this
2. Sasuke: his lightning manipulation is extremely hard to counter, its almost impossible to get close to him, can create powerfull lightning Avatar behind him which will defend him and fight for him, unless he want kill his oponent with his own hands
1. Pain: his Demon Art allow him to manipulate gravity around him, can pull or push oponents around him like they are just flies, he is often killing his foes by crushing them on ground by his gravity like bugs under feets.(Itachi and Sasuke often tried fight him for Upper Moon 1 position, but because of his gravity they never even touched him, even their Demon Arts had little effect)

2: Sauske has the blood art thunder he can use this to infinite limits and even create forms out of thunder like a thunder cloak or thunder dragon
1: Pain: gravity manipulation is alreaady strong but telekinesis and mind control is stronger, he can even convert other people into demons like him called paths by reviving them whether they like it or not today it is said he has over millions of paths of humans hes kileld voer the years, they are capable of overrunning muzan, he just choses not too

(Following Mark Molayal's scenario, Big text)
As to who I think would fight with who, in this scenario, I would imagine everyone in the same, but a litlle different. Although I think many characters in this universe would be somewhat different from Naruto as well. Tenten, Ino and Sakura being useless would not be a thing at all, since they're hashiras in this scenario, and being a hashira needs really hard work and training. I also think Rock Lee would be the most interesting hashira to appear, since he's a breathless one.
Sakura Vs Sasori: The Flower Hashira would not need the help of Chiyo controlling her, since she's very skilled herself, and the old lady already alerted Sakura about one of the Lower moons being her grandson and to be careful with him, because he's really strong; and even though Sasori would be even more powerful as a demon, she would still give him a hell of a trouble and defeat him in the end. In this scenario I would imagine him actually wanting to win the fight, and would be desperate after seeing the Demon Slayer Mark appearing on Sakura, hence why he lost in the end, by not focusing at the appropriate time.
Shikamaru Vs Hidan: The Shadow Hashira, being analytical and very profficient in batlle with his intelligence, would easily manipulate the Lower 5 to his own defeat. After Hidan killed one of his closest friends, Asuma, The Shadow Hashira decided that Lower Moon 5 would cease to exist. He outwitted what was most necessary for the demon's ability to work, his schyte-wielding foe, and after trapping Hidan on a trap, The Shadow Hashira just waited for the sun to arrive and make the demon cease on existing.
Naruto Vs Kakuzu: After discovering that Lower 3 actually had 5 stored hearts on his chest, for batlle advantages, The Sun Hashira knew he had to destroy all of them in one attack, since the demon would lose his strenght completly. He actually was able to control his other personality, Kurama, that is also a demon, and managed to make an attack on the Upper Moon, using an blue spheral attack that resemblade a shuriken. Even though The Sun Hashira had help from other demon slayers, he still had to make the final blow.
Sasuke Vs Deidara: Enraged after knowing that The Moon Hashira, murdered Lower Moon 1, Lower Moon 4, Deidara, became completly enraged and decided to kill the Hashira instead. When he encountered him, both men started to fight, with the Hashira skilfully evading the demon's attacks. Becoming furious, the demon decided to do the most artistical thing, and maked his own cells explode while still being inside of himself. A big explosion happened, but The Moon Hashira was still victorious to survive and leave.
Sasuke & Sakura Vs Itachi: Okay, now, before you go full rage on me, saying that is something completly weird and not possible on happening, just hear me out. Sasuke wanted revenge on his brother, this being because the latter killed their parents. However Sakura caring deeply about The Moon Hashira was trying her best to make him see from another perspective, since it was clear that Sasuke wans't completly aware of why Itachi killed their parents, and being an reasonable girl, she was trying to prevent him, from entering in a state of full darkness. Both of them, right after having an serious conversation, were called to go on a mission, in a certain place, where Sasuke knew pretty well. An abandoned local; where villagers and travelers were constantly missing. After entering on the place, both Hashiras found Upper 3's location and they started to batlle; the demon constantly wanting to put The Flower Hashira into an Illusionary Reality so he could just fight with his own brother; although the woman was pretty strong physically and mentally, so it was getting kinda hard to do so, however he did managed to attack her using an illusionary flame, making her retreat a litlle from batlle . As such, the batlle would mostly be made between the two brothers, Sakura helping in certain situations. In the end, Itachi would be defeated, but mostly because on his quick and previous encounter with both Insect and Mind Hashira, he was unable to cure an certain illness that appeared on his blood after their fight, as such, the illness helped Sasuke a lot on defeating his own brother.
Naruto & Hinata Vs Pain: After knowing that Upper Moon 1 was trying to attack the Corp's location, both Sun and Love Hashira made their way to stop the attack. Upon encountering the Upper Demon, a fight was made, with The Love Hashira seeing his weaknesses and thoughts right on the spot which gave her an immense advantage; The Sun Hashira helping her a lot on the process, however Pain used his other counterparts in batlle, facilitating for him to defeat the two Hashiras, who at some point used their Demon Slayer marks to help them in batlle. However at one stance, the Upper Moon 1 crushed the Love Hashira in the ground, incapacitating her to batlle. Just when he was about to kill and eventually devour her, The Sun Hashira released his other personality, and attacked the Upper Moon merciclessly, although he did not crumbled to dust. The Sun Hashira returned to normal upon hearing The Love Hashira's confession, and they maked their way to encounter the real Upper Moon, that was hiding himself, since they knew he used puppets to fight. Upper Moon 5 Konan, was also present with him when the duo found them, and looking through Naruto's eyes, she noticed that he could carry Nagato's wish that she remembered pretty well when they were humans, despite them being demons now. She fled away, discreetly, after Nagato gave Naruto permission to kill him.
Rock lee, Tenten & Neji Vs Kisame: Upon knowing that Upper Moon 6 Kisame, found the Blue Spider Lily's location and was making his way to tell Muzan Kibutsuji, the trio was assigned to go after him, although he was told to be dead previously, by the hands of the Former Breathless Hashira. After The Wind Hashira located the Upper Moon 6's location, they went to make sure he would not tell the Demon King about the flower's location. The Armament Hashira used her many weapons, The Wind Hashira attacked the Demon with precision and The Breathless Hashira moved like lightining to defeat the demon. Although being very powerful, Upper 6 clearly dind't wanted to die by the hands of mere humans, who thought were very strong. As such, he waited the sun's arrival to kill himself on the spot, not caring about the Demon King at all.
Tenten, Ino, Hinata & Sakura Vs Konan: After knowing that Konan also knew about the flower's location, Obito wanting to be at the same spot as Muzan, was going to make his way to ask the Upper Moon 5 about it, not caring if he needed to kill her by any means necessary, in the case she did not cooperated. However, the corps were also informed about this, and sended the four hashiras to make sure this secret would not be revealed to the Demon King once again, Tenten being assigned since her previous mission involved the same objective as well. After knowing that the Upper Moon was located somewhere peaceful, they went in their way to defeat her. Despite seeing four hashiras, she was not bothered by it at all, and in fact being really calm. The fight started after the demon released her Origamis at the four girls, the latters swiftly recoiling back from the attacks. The Armament Hashira was very useful after the Upper Moon decided to attack flying, combining her weapons with The Mind Hashira's aromatic flower-based poisons attacks as well. When the Demon went to the ground, The Love and Flower Hashira's swiftly attacked the Upper Moon constantly; In the end, after denying the possibility of knowing where such flower was, Obito maked her go to the special room in the Infinity Fortress, and maked her say where the flower was. After not having an choice, she told him forcibly, and in the end he used a demon slayer sword that he stoled previously from one of the girls, to kill her. However she managed to escape in the end, and returned to where she previously, since Upper Moon 4 dind't closed the door that connected to the place where she was. Obito followed right after, however, the girls managed to kill her right after, making him retreat and go away.
All Hashiras Vs Obito and Zetsu, and Naruto & Sakura Vs Sasuke in the end. (Lost my creativity here lol, forgive me 🤣🤣, however you can imagine it though...)

I’d say my only critique of these designs is that the Akatsuki cloaks weren’t incorporated more. Not necessarily as clothing but maybe weapons, or accessories. However I love your creativity with these designs, it’s really cool to see.

Wouldn't it make more sense for Obito to be Upper Moon 1 as he was the overall mastermind and the most powerful of the group during their run as a organization. Pain or Itachi would make a good number 2 and number 3 would be held by one of them based on who gets 2. Sasuke as 4 would make sense
The hand demon in the Final Selection Arc would totally look like Zetsu if he had become a Kizuki.

Imagine a short wind hashira yoda that demons underrestimate becouse of his small posture and Old age until this small guy starts spinning like a madman cleaveing their head of with ease.
Mace windu is considered a perfect swordsman that is known for his quite agresive moon breath. (moon breathing releases a lot of swings and has a purple blade So I though it fits)
Obiwan kenobi master of the water breathing style, named untouchable becouse of his perception and highly defensive style that uses enemies mistake against them(he also tends to negotiate with demons even though they enjoy his remarks)

I think this is the first time I've ever had some criticism for your work: I don't think Konan looks demonic enough. Art wise, she looks great; I love the choice of colors and her rose bow. But I think you could've mdae her look more demonic, maybe had the skin of her face peeling off to mimic her paper jutsu or have demonic paper birds on her shoulders or have her arm be made out of paper.
Everything else was jaw-dropping as always! Standouts are Zetsu's extra hands, Kakazu being a mummy, Sasori's bloody tail, the pattern on Orochimaru's clothes, Kisame's veins, Itachi's crows, Sasuke's swords and clothing, and Pain's extra eyes
It would’ve been funny to see Deidara as Lowermoon 1, because Enmu had mouths on his hands too
