in case you're wondering what the VStar card is at 8:28 you use it for the TCG. The Vstar Pokemon have an ability / attack that can only be used once per game. Once you use it you flip over the vstar card to signify that it has been used.
@@wormwomp5000 TCPi wanted to make it distinct for players so if you see that black backing you know immediately your opponent has used their vstar power

It’s crazy to me how different the power of cards are in different card games. Since you can only use one trainer per turn, I think, in Pokémon, Acerola’s Premonition probably isn’t the best but if the card was printed in Yugioh as a spell card and said “Look at your opponents hand and draw a card for each spell in their hand,” the card would be played as a 3 of in every deck and eventually get banned.
Not really, going second it's a dead card in a lot of matchups and most deck are more monster heavy, might be a good side deck card tho. Looking at the hand is a cool bonus effect but playing this blind sound like a gamble with a possible high reward

I know it's silly thing to say but they really are ! especially with black nail polish. I first noticed how well it works in the Vintage Halloween Shop video, a few years back, and I'm hooked. Your hand movements and fingers tapping are so amazing and the black is absolutely gorgeous. You have beautiful hands and fingers !
