I didn’t know that a room tour could be justified to last this long and yet, it was like a story unfolding bit by bit. I love how you have added plants all over; it just gives that nature pop, not to mention the green is so refreshing. Also, the creative bits are amazing. Totem is probably in between, they've got similar room designs are OC, but it depends on which building you get. I lived in Orchard, and got very lucky with the relationship I had with my floormates and roommate.

hey jennie💛💛 tysm! there actually isn’t a way to lock out your roommate, but i haven’t heard of any situations where anyone has had problems with this. basically if your door is closed you just knock or say their name. and no i actually applied for housing around this time last year!

Hey! (I really hope you get in too!) There are 4 first year residences: totem park, orchard commons, place vanier, and ritsumeikan house. All of them except place vanier are very near to each other, but honestly the walk isn’t too bad no matter where you live. Also, all of them except for ritsumeikan house have a meal plan, so you don’t have to worry about making food. My room type is single-connected (and i think it’s the best type haha!). In the future I’ll make videos doing a tour of each of the residences and their amenities, and also what room types they have!

hey!! yeah this was my first choice :)) i just did some (very rough) calculations, and if everyone picked this room as the first choice, then there is a minimum 23% chance of getting it. so basically it’s a greater than 23% chance since people will put other options as their first choice. sending an email to housing may also improve your odds! just say like why you want the specific room type:)) hope this helps!!!

honestly getting the full first year experience living on campus was worth every dollar. that being said, i have been looking forward to the full college experience my whole life ahahha so it meant a LOT to me

depending on the room, it costs between $9000 and $11,000. also you can stay during summer but it’s a separate application!!
