The excerpt from the E minor Concerto is BRILLIANT... that Concerto is JUST sublime... BUT that middle movement is some of the closest heaven on earth we have on this planet... and Julien plays it so convincingly... and an improvisation is sooo welcome on a Chopin recital... since the master too was VERY good at it!
I watch/listen to JM's production frequently. Makes me happy and raises my appreciation of beauty a notch everytime. Brocal's performances are always heartfelt, but the professionalism of the JM team comes through loud and clear. What a gift to the world you all work so so hard at. I thank you from Chico, CA (where's that?) (Watching this incredible production again this morning moved me to making a monthly donation. I was particularly moved by Brocal's improvisation. What a talent and dedication.)
