As the days passed, Tristan and Isolde grew closer and closer, spending every moment they could together. But they knew that their love was forbidden, as Isolde was already betrothed to another nobleman.
One night, unable to resist their feelings any longer, Tristan and Isolde declared their love for each other and shared a forbidden kiss. From that moment on, they were consumed with a passion that they could not control.
Their love was discovered, and they were forced to flee the kingdom to avoid punishment. They spent years wandering the countryside, always on the run, but always together. They faced many dangers and hardships, but their love remained strong.
Finally, after many years of wandering, they returned to their homeland, where they were captured and brought before the king. The king was furious with them for disobeying his orders and for their forbidden love, but he could not bring himself to execute them.
Instead, he banished them from the kingdom and sent them away to live in peace, far from the court and the intrigues of the nobility. Tristan and Isolde accepted their punishment, grateful to be alive and together.
And so they lived out the rest of their days in a small cottage in the woods, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the love that had sustained them through so many trials. Though they could never be together in the world of kings and courtiers, they knew that their love was stronger than any kingdom or ruler could ever be.
