I have this!! I got it for free from a yardsale in my town!! How amazing!! I’m 42 and love this cassette player!! I have the working headphones too and another pair they threw in w it. I’m so happy!
I had one of these back in a day,it was in the early 90s. it could have been 91 or 92 also along with the BMG music club that I had joined to to get those cassette tapes for a penny too. Don't quote me here I could be wrong, when I first joined up with BMG, I think I got like 15 cassette tapes back then. Great times and great memories, I use to ride my skateboard while I was listening to my Walkman. This is a great video and just I enjoyed watching it. Thank you for loading it up on RUclips
One of these popped up online brand new in box, with original headphones! I had to get it! Can't wait to try it out. I haven't used a walkman since I was a little kid..this will be quite special!
I found one of those In my local thirth store for 2 bucks the tape didn’t work it was very easy to replace the rubber bands and finally use my old cassettes and it sounds great
I have the same one! But i have a little issue, the thing is that when i play a song on it, it sound a bit faster and sharp, is there a way to fix that?
do you by any chance have any idea what size the pinch roller is?? I've been trying to search for it but I can't find it. my roller seems to be cracked
New to cassette tapes and im thinking about buying one of these and i was just wondering, does this player have auto stop when the tape finishes playing/reversing/fast-forwarding?
It will stop unless it has a switch to continue to side b but this is a more advanced model where you don’t have to take out the tape to flip to side B
@@myca444 I don’t think this model has that function. Need to get a Panasonic Shockwave model. I know those ones did. They were marketed as more sporty.

Classic!
I have WM-F2015. It looks almost the same and works perfectly even now. I bought it in Vienna in 1991. Yes, good times. I was still young.

Nice! Yeah they are a great collectors item. Brand new in the box, that’s awesome!
I like this one, might be the one I buy
I have over a dozen and this was the best one out of all of them.

Sound of my childhood

Find a repair guy who can tune it.

I don’t cuz I’m not really a technician when it comes to fixing these machines.

I know this may be a dumb question but im new to these. Could you hear the music without the headphones?
Not a dumb question at all. There are some that do have an onboard speaker (I think I have one) but this particular one doesn’t.
@@analoghermit thanks!
