Ive tested this strategy over 200 trades on the 5 minute chart and have a 68% win rate with a 1-1.5 risk reward rate. Various currency pairs
Couple of things i added to improve are:
Only trade in strong uptrend/downtrend markets
Add an RSI to indicate overbought/oversold and avoid these areas
Add support/resistance/trend lines on the 1hr chart then trade on the 5 min

You speak the truth bro. Most realistic among all. I created an EA for this strategy and this far the closest result. Thanks.
Oh wow thank you man appriciate it! I try my best to give the TRUE results no matter how theese strategies perform. But also I can still make mistakes. Me and my team are working on making the best performing strategies into scripts so it doesn't miss any trades and doesn't make mistakes.
Sir u using the same Statergy but instead of 200 EMA, I use VWAP and 50 EMA
Hello if you try this strategy with the 0-line MacD rule you should get around 65% winrate with 1/1.5 R.R
Hello! Do you mean I only take long if the macd crosses up below the 0 line and taking shorts when macd crosses down above the 0 line?

The bollinger bands are just my personal preference but I was hoping you could help me in seeing a way to use it but if u want to leave the bb out it's ok
Its supposed to be 1:2 take profit so this would actually be profitable with your 50 losses and 50 winners
Yes, assuming that you will still have 50 winners and 50 losers with a 1 to 2, but that's never the case.
why dont you use replay buton ?
Why should I? I use it only when I need more candles to test a strategy 100 times.
Pairs:
Any
Indicators:
50 EMA
100 EMA
MACD (12,26,9)
Long Trades:
Wait for the currency to trade above both the 50 EMA and 100 EMA
Once the price has broken above the 50 EMA by 10 pips or more enter long if
MACD crosses to positive within the last five bars, otherwise wait for the next
MACD signal.
Initial stop set at five bar low from entry.
Exit half of the position at two times risk; move stop to breakeven.
Exit second half when price breaks below 50 EMA by 10 pips.
Do not take the trade if the price is simply trading between the 50 and 100 EMA.
Short Trades:
Wait for the currency to trade below both the 50 EMA and 100 EMA.
Once the price has broken below the 50 EMA by 10 pips or more enter short if
MACD crosses to negative within the last five bars; otherwise wait for next
MACD signal.
Initial stop set at five bar high from entry.
Exit half of the position at two times risk, move the stop to breakeven.
Please check this also 5 min timeframe
Great one! Thanks for this. I was planning to do a strategy backtest with trailing stop loss. this looks great and sounds familiar, probably seen it somewhere else. I will definetly test it! Next video will be this Saturday or Sunday.

Yes because you backtested on different time interval than me. You can't expect the strategy to alwazs have the same winrate. Sometimes there will be ups and sometimes downs. And that's exactly why I always say never trust a strategyi based on only 100 trades.
You are doing it wrong, you are waiting to long to get out of the trade. If you use the scalping method, the win rate will be 90%. Also I notice you are trading on a sideways market which makes it worse. I use these indicators and trust me my win rate is 90% because I scalp, no long waiting times. The second it goes in the Money, I exit the trade. Scalp with this method and see the difference.
So what is the method you scalp with? How do you know when the sideways market period starts and ends? Can you send me some kind of description of your strategy or a video?

you low winrate is because you take every macd crossover. By example in a sell you want to see a macd crossover above the zerow line

@sacha boogers Why don't you read exactly how the designer of the MACD Gerald Appel intended it to be used properly! Never take a short above the zero line, and never take a long below the zero line. Longs only above MACD zero line, shorts only below MACD zero line. You should be asking questions, not giving advice.
