You're right, we don't. But I will tell you, that based off of Jolie's own accusations, she isn't going to come across quite as innocently as I suspect she thinks she portrays. Let's assume he beat those kids as far back as at least 2016, did she leave? No. Did she call the police? No. Did she report it to CPS? No. Restraining order? No. Anything? No. The Judge won't be looking at either party very nicely here. And that's assuming she is not lying. Her own story shows she is a neglectful parent. So I can't say what's true or false, but I do think parents need to make good choices for their children. And staying after your child was choked, when you have every resource known to man, and a dozen homes in different countries, it's going to be a hard story to sell to people.
She's not scared of Brad Pitt. She wouldn't of purchased a million dollar home right next to him if she was afraid.

It was all over the news then that she didnt want to stay in LA and wanted to move to London, but had to stay because of their custody battle. For having gone through it, you must know you have no choice but to stick around otherwise it turns against you custody-wise and considered as if you're alienating the children from their parents.

Apparantly there was a witness on the plane that came forward back when the FBI investigated it, why they chose to ignore it is strange. Was it any other ordinary family the man would be in prison and the kids in fostercare until the mother proves to be fit.

As others have pointed out, why didn't she bring this up during the divorce if it was true? The FBI investigated the accusation about the plane, and found no evidence backing her up; in fact, video footage exonerated Brad completely.

Los Angeles County Department of Children also investigated alongside the FBI and found nothing. Both dropped the investigation. She's lying.

While I admire Angie's charitable work , she also has a vindictive side. She has shown it time and time again by dragging Brad through the mud. Embarrassing him publicly. She seems set on revenge , and this can't be good for their children. I don't believe for one minute that Brad was abusive toward her or the children. No other ex's have come forward to say he was abusive.

I love my dad and he’s generally kind to all people but he has hit me before. I don’t consider him a violent out of control person but people can still be capable of violence even if it’s not common pattern of behavior for them.

The FCC, CPS and the FBI were all called and all did investigations!! He was cleared. They are claiming she didn’t cooperate but with CPS, if they thought the children were harmed, they would not have dropped the case. This is all about her wanting to destroy him!

@@NaughtyAutie You've only been hearing what you want to hear. Listen again. 4:00 - 4:32 where he says the FBI found enough evidence to prosecute Brad Pitt for the DV incident on the plane, but Angelina did not want to persue it.
She also stated (in another report) that she was trying to protect the children from the upset a prosecution against BP might cause.
That makes perfect sense to me, speaking as a mum who has also survived DV at the hands of someone in the pubic eye.
We sacrifice our rightful defense position so the children won't have to be dragged through it
I'm sick of people calling Angelina a witch. She is NOT a witch. During her acting career she often portrayed dark, troubled characters. That doesn't MAKE her a dark character in reality. She's acting the part, as a world class actress.

When I got divorced in 2017 none of what I said mattered. The kids voices didn't matter. I was told that without actual evidence he gets joint custody. He broke my phone so I had no way to get evidence. My ex husband was very abusive, neglectful and tried killing us. He was awarded joint custody. I think it was because he could afford a lawyer and I couldn't because Im the only one financially supporting the kids.

Well I can only imagine he’s gonna go the Depp route and get a live hearing to clear his name If he really hasn’t done anything.
This is about money. He should have been offered to buy her half legally if there was contractual clause; using the DV incident is Jolie’s whole case citing his alcoholism and violence, why deal with him as a buyer, more risk that it could further more incidences. However, he still holds half of the winery ownership so it’s a catch 22. It’s income for him, he had legal grounds to be offered first due to the marriage, but did she sell it after the divorce is going to be the question as to if she had to legally make any offer to him. And as equal owners is there any documents that state if she wanted out, even after the divorce, was he suppose to be offered to buy first. If that’s the case then she owes him money. Yes the drinking and DV is important but it may not be enough if she ever signed anything that he should have been first to be offered to buy her out. It’s messy for sure and the ending will be based on what was the contract clause even after the divorce.

The withdrawals I got from dealing with the alcoholism that came about in the effort to quit cannabis don't even come close. This is my 4th attempt, and my longest clean spree was just over half a year.
On the day of any relapse, I was using over a G of wax or distillates a day already - and the withdrawals came back immediately. Lost 22lbs in the initial 45 days or so in the most recent attempt, which is like 1700 or so in daily caloric deficit (lack of appetite, no sleep, increased metabolism due to hyperhydriosis and sleep paralysis after a couple days)

That was actually my take on this....almost verbatim. Her past will tell the story. Billy Bob Thornton alluded to this in past interviews when asked about her specifically. Not out right saying she's narcissistic, but read between the lines.
She seems to be very manipulative, using the kids as emotional allies and portraying herself as angelic (no pun intended). It would bring anyone to boiling point...mix in the political differences between them at the time of the incident. No excuse though for laying a hand on a child.
Even if the allegations are true, she would merely be just as bad as him. While it can be hard to leave a violent relationship, I have _no_ sympathy for women who don't press charges against a partner who's been violent with their children.

But then again people LOVE brad Pitt especially men cuz of the movies he’s been in. Pitt isn’t as popular with women than Johnny depp is. I feel pitt may lose his career. She asked for a divorce less than a week later. His own son would not see him for years after the incident. He himself acknowledges the incident and had to agree to random testing with CPS.
