It can be converted actually but its a little bit costy and not available in the shops. Maybe when we found one then we'll try it and put some slime solution to make it hard to deflate when punctured.

actually po @@hinatahaikyuuu1971 walang cut yun from the start na tinangal yung tire until nilaoag yung tire... bale po pag tangal nyo nang tire, ilalapag nyo sya para mas madaling matangal ang interior. pag kalapag nyo kasi, kusa na ma eexpose yung pipe nong interior, dun po kayo mag sisimulang hilain yun palabas.
