Glad I am alive today and back in the US. 🤣

iwas problema na lang na wag try. di ko lam kung pwede ba sa expressway yung setup ng LTO na student’s permit pero may kasama ka na may full license. pero para safe, let someone with a full license drive na lang kasi ang OA ng multa sa mga expressway tapos lagi na lang sa central office ng LTO kukunin yung lisensya. :)
