The ending vocals I prefer on this live rather than the Album version because to me without the echo it compliments Kamijo's voice and sounds a lot better.

Seeing and feeling all of it live, would be the greatest gift to me and I think to some other people as well... ♥♥♥♥ I would really love to see them live but it's hard here in Germany to find a concert, and if they come they are too far away.. I think Versailles music is so hauntingly beautiful. The complexity of the music is overwhelming to me. So much better than Lareine music in my humble opinion. Kamijo has evolved as well over the years. He is much more beautiful now, more sensual and sexy. His voice is deeper now too, more seductive. He just gets better and better with age.
the secret for playing this song speacialy in solo guitar is a,concentration in high level b,double picking ability c,enchanced memory of yours d,memorize the fret pattern progression e,finger directions from left to right or both ways this facts are the most effective thing to play this kind of speed action playing.

Anyway, although most Japanese bands and artists are ( often very ) inspired by X, I think Hizaki is most inspired by more international, Western metal bands, which you can clearly hear in both his music and his guitar playing.
First of all: X was formed in 1982, hide joined in 1986, so he didn't join before 4 years. Second: X was not really what we can call visual kei before 1985-86. Third: X was not the first VK band, just the one that made VK popular. Bands like Seikima II (and several others) wore make-up and clothes (and hair) almost just like X since around 1982.
Although, Versailles isn't the only Visual Kei band I like, their songs are one of a kind, certainly, together with Raphael's , Lareine's and a few others.
@sk8ergurl1324 It's called Visual Kei--basically adding theatrics to the performance--like KISS, Rob Zombie or Blue Man Group--it's nothing sexual--it's all performance!
@ShadowOfDeth1 It definitely is more symphonic. I do see a lot of bands that do it for the art too. Especially local indy bands that just play shows because they want to. I haven't found one Japanese rock band that sounds like another, which is totally awesome

X Japan is now quieting down? They've been dead for YEARS (they broke up before hide died remember?) The only reason they did those shows was for Yoshiki to make money because he lost so much in bad investments.
Kamijo was married once...his wife passed away due to leukemia...sad...dont make fun of his sexuality he s depressed still when hes asked about his love life..i kinda ressearched on him.

If you even want to talk about the original "v-kei," Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, and Kiss come to mind (but we're talking Japanese groups). Yoshiki didn't start it. hide was a beautician BEFORE he joined X and he knew fashion much more than Yoshiki ever did. hide started it.
Yaeh, it`s weird, at least 3 of the ones I have introduced versailles to have replied; "nice music, but why are they dressed as bitches?!" (yes, bitches would have been the correct translation), but to me it seems kinda natural when i got used to it, but looks like i`m not going, They`re not coming to my country...=(
Great Drummer, Great Bass player, great guitarists , Great Band. Love this "style" of music, and these guys are Really Good. Really Good.
