Don't put your balance leads directly over the tin. If any of those balance leads gets a short due to vibration over time, boooom. Use some fish paper between the leads and the tin.

can you explain what's going on with the bms wiring? Looks like you're connecting wires to the negative and positive of every other cell instead of just to the positive on each cell? Ive never seen this before and im a little confused, im going to be building a similar battery soon and would like some clarity on that. Thank in advance. also love what you did with the clear plastic looks awesome!

how come you didnt do capacity checks on the batteries, looks like you just read voltages?
That strip clearly says 0.1mm not 0.15mm. 0.1mm nickel plated steel has pretty much no current carrying capacity beyond a few amps.
You really should check the pack with a thermal heat gun after a hard day of riding because those interconnects are probably handling a fair bit of current. What does your controller pull? What cells are you using?

Any dirt debree put up by your tire may damage the battery potentially start a fire.
You don't want to do anything with lithium ion batteries catching on fire.
5mm plastic on front and 3mm everywhere else. And seal it from water.

You only used copper for the series connection between the two halves of your pack. What about all the other series connections
he used 0.15 mm nickel strips, go watch the video again
@@SRNAR8 copper allows more current to flow than nickel. Why use copper for only one series connections if none if the other series connections have copper also.

Да не надо ничего мерить ни ёмкость ни сопртивлению, это делается в этих российских видеах потому что качество банок аховое, и тот что тратят кучу часов своего времени не делает их ни сколько лучше. тут конечно банки из гадюшиника тоже
