Great instructions, thanks mate. Just finished cooking a roast chicken with Roast potatoes. turned out perfectly. Also, you can add a little oil, no problem. What the instructions mean is don't use it a deep fryer to prevent the risk of fire. But, like with most instructions today, they are not always written very well.
You can use a little fat, oil or butter , it won't hurt it at all, fat/oil comes out of any meat you cook and frozen chips and other frozen food already has oil on it....
