- To continue my drone footage of Liverpool I visited the Royal Albert Dock this morning.
I was there nice and early so to avoid too many people and traffic being around to disturb the footage and shots I was getting.
I hope you enjoy the video and facts I have shared.

Stunning. You perfectly captured the majesty of these beautiful brick structures floating over the water. I guess any city anywhere in the world would die for Liverpool's unique waterfront. Take care of it. THX
Totally enjoyed views .Best regards.
Wow and music which suit’s 👏👏👏👏
Funky music too 👍
Enjoyed the video, thank you.
Nicely filmed and well researched. Very well done.
Very professional M D, keep the videos coming, thanks mate.
Breathtaking, mate. Keep up the good work you are doing.
Thanks very much
Fantastic
Another brilliant video. The control and the editing is great. Thanks for sharing all of these beautiful places around our brilliant city.👏👏👍( I took my mini 2 to Southport but it was a bit windy and I chickened out)🥴
Thanks very much. Any idea what the wind gust speed was when you were out? I always check Met Office for the weather. Most other weather forecasts & apps are usually wrong in my experience.
@@misterdroneuk I have got the met office app and use it every day for the general weather but never check the wind speed. Another newbie error. I’ll start using it from now on. Thanks for heads up🥴👍
@@jamescosgrove2064 yes check the wind speed & wind gust abit further down 👍🏻
@@misterdroneuk Thanks again👏👏
Nice video bro . I am big fan of drones . But I have no enough money for buy a drone .
I’m a Liverpool lad b1946… I worked for Rea towing Co as a barge hand 1967, we transported various cargo from ships as far as Manchester. I remember around that time being towed into the derelict Albert dock with a cargo of canned fruit to be discharged into the north section of the warehouse which backs onto the Boat museum.
Also 1969, worked for the MDHB based in the Stanley dock on the salvage lifting craft known as the Camels.
Nice but it would have been better if you had filmed the Pump House and the old Granada TV building too.
Fantastic footage mate. I have a DJI mini 2 and I would love to learn how to edit video's like you do. Not really got into editing. What software do you use ?
Thanks Keith. I use Adobe Premier Pro. Bit difficult at first but there’s lots of tutorials out there to help. Once you get going it’s fine & gets easier each time.
I love the Albert Dock. As half my family are from liverpool, I spent every Easter in the city and remember when it was redeveloped (and the wasteland yiu had to walk across from the city centre to get to it before L1 was built). Last few times I’ve been up there I’ve stayed in the Premier Inn on the corner and parked in the car park next to the Echo arena…which has since burnt down.
Whatever happened to the site of the 1984 Garden Festival?
It was redeveloped around 2010 and is now a garden/recreation area with lakes, waterways, walkways, pagodas, picnic areas etc.
@@alfresco8442 That’s great to hear, thanks for the reply 👍🏻
@@alfresco8442 The docks were redeveloped long before 2010
@@rick182z I wasn't talking about the docks; he asked about the Garden Festival site.
bad sounds🥵
Poor lad 🙄
