What's the clear coat you brush into the wood, is that another thin layer of epoxy or some kind of varnish?!
Also what's the thin metal you use to build the form?! What would I look for in hardware store for that?
    Great build man! Thanks

I just use lacquer sanding sealer then let it dry and spray it with lacquer clear varnish.
For the form,i just cut a peace of flat tin .

I really enjoyed watching this build. Very creative. Also, I didn't need to grab my epi-pen. I am allergic to 2 part epoxy.

simple question what can you do if the led dies ?

The led bulbs do not simply burn out if you use the correct volts. But if plugged in at high volts, they will naturally break and cannot be replaced. Besides, this guitar is still here today and its light is still alive and well.
