I recommend you get one so that you’re running as an official business from day one. Some people do it as a side gig and choose not to get it. There will be some venues and clients who request your business documents and insurance which is another reason to have it. Formal event venues and clients almost always want to see that you’re an official business

They won’t ask to see one? What about if someone is injured ?
