for the life of me, I can't fit the evolve+ filter on my brita maxtra+ jug... Or rather, I can fit, but no water comes out... The regular brita filters have sort of a "pipe" in the middle of the center hole at the bottom, that connects to the jug. These filters do not have that "pipe"
Hi @AquaOptima! just want to say your evolve filters rock! great tasting water and the filters are a great price too. Really nice tasting water for alot cheaper than the name brands like Britta, but your filters are as good as if not better than them. Also i love the recycling scheme that you guys run as it means that the filters dont go to land fill.
We just bought aqua optima 30-day water filter. As per instructions, I soak the filter in water I've been rinsing and shaking it under the tap, the water that comes out is colour grey, is that normal?
