Hello. I used the same practices when creating a CodeTwo signature, but the images I used in the signature appear as attachments in an email thread. Is that a client-side issue? All the elements from the signature are attached to the sender/receiver email (social icons, pictures etc), sometimes the signature doesn't appear at all at the end of the email, and sometimes is plain text.
This is a client side issue. The mail setting on the client was set on Rich text which will automatically turn the image to attachment. the image settings should be set to HTML.
Support for client-side email signatures on mobiles is coming soon. In the meantime, cloud (server-side) signatures support all email clients and devices connected to a Microsoft 365 tenant.
