Maybe back comb the areas of your hair youre gonna place your combs at.
The combs in the front of the wig do a pretty good job of keeping the wig in place I don’t get any shifting.

I agree the color is not black at all. It’s a brownish color and I had to dye mine cause the color didn’t look right on at all.
