Hello LeTomas !!! Firts of all I wish happy new year to you. So, I have an error during download to M241, the message is: "The device version on the hardware seems to be different from the device version used in the project. Try to up-/downgrade the device in the project to match the actual version on the hardware." But, I didnt change the hardware at the project !!! How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.
I am not sure which software you are using (SoMachine or Machine Expert) but there are few things you can check. 1) Check if the device selected in the program is the same as the one you want to connect. go to "Device tree" or "Device", select the plc "MyController" or the name you have assigned , go to "information" tab to check version and plc reference. 2) Check the version of the controller maybe is not the same and you just need to update or convert the device. go to "Device tree" or "Device", right click on "MyController" and select "Update Device" or "Convert device" 3) Check the firmware version, once you are on the "Communication Settings" check the "FW_Version". If the firmware start with 4.0.x.x the software is SoMachine (you will need the reference SOMNACS43). If the firmware start with 5.0.x.x or 5.1x.x the software is EcoStuxure Machine Expert . To change the firmware use the "Controller Assistant"

Hi David, I am afraid that I do not have a Zebra printer to play with :( As far as i know there is not a solution inside EcoStruxure Machine Expert to communicate with Zebra printer. I believe you want to use EthernetIp communication, if you find some information about the Zebra printer protocol i can try to learn about it. Another solution will be to contact the Exchange community where people share idea maybe someone has already developed a solution: community.se.com/
