This video is what WoW videos should be all about. Gives me the good old school rogue vibes. The journey, the fun (outside arena too) and showcasing interesting non-meta comps. Loved it and 27min went by real quick :D Ofc good plays too!
It is sad to see how the community of talented people that Wow has/had (specially speaking about RUclips and WCM) is slowly dying, After so many years, i still don't understand the mindset and the lack of support from them to their content creators. - Big respect from another hopeless rogue and content creator, and best wishes for your real life account!!
It's been a long road since we've met, mate ! They do support people but they usually prefer ppl with a larger visibility... Oh and do not forget that i come from the private server community at first, which is the devil. 😂 in fact they have me in their influencers community (discord) since the BC classic beta and have shown support. But I agree that they could do more. To me, the whole concept of WoW is slowly diying that's why they dont invest that much time and money for it.
I wish you all the best, to you and your fiance. People like you keep this game alive and communities you create a long the way. Also videos like this one is best showcase how much people are passionate about the game. Sad reality is that company and developers are just don' t have same love for the game.

I had pleasure working on this video during the past month and yeah I sincerely hoped to bring slightly better content in terms of rating but i struggled adapting to both meta, mechanics, and new ways of playing with those arena123 macros and stuff. Couldn't get myself properly involved into playing as I was years ago when i was 100% tryin to improve. Mindset is super important when you tend to be playing against the best. I appreciate your feedbacks, now i'll leave the game in peace myself. Take care 👍

I was wondering why you, as one of the most famous rogues in the game, weren't more active during TBC Classic. This movie explains everything. It's just simply not possible to play on top level these days without dedication. With no motivation, time, gear and a good partner, you have no chance. By accepting the situation as it is and making the most out of the minimum in the form of this movie, you said a beautiful goodbye to the game. I wish your situation was better and you had more time and peace of mind to play... However, thanks for Silent Shadows and being an integral part of the rogue community !

People that are trash talking anybody are not worth your time or your concern. You should blend them out completly and focus on the things you enjoy most to be an authentic person and most important yourself rather than bend the knee to the general people's wish.
Can u answer what was bad at bc classic ? For me the worst thing was they destroyed all this tricks who made me love this game . Cant shs charge. cant vanish blind etc because everything was working too fast.
Well we can write a book imo. 1) Phases were rushed. We started phase 5 before to reach a year after bcc release. Seasons were so fast that ppl playing at low rating werent able to be fully geared at the end of season 2) pvp mechanics : - Heartbeat doesnt belong to bc and arenas. Since they capped ccs at 10sec in pvp, we no longer needed the vanilla heartbeat. It just added a new layer of rng on a cancerous game already full of rng. - dynamic DR's was retarded - dynamic combat mod also was dumb. Especially when as rvr it was possible for one rog to get occ before the second rog. Lmao. Not to mention combat bug vs class that use pet (mage/lock mostly) aka never leaving combat on demand. - leeway allowed sloppy gameplay. ''bad players'' that'd lose a game on pservers because kited away, were able to perform new age comebacks on bcc. - the mechanics allowing not to overwrite CC like stuns was also bad addition. That's how u end up eating three perfectly chained warrior macestuns, or eating perfect 2nd blinds on ur trinket. - basically RNG cursor pushed at maximum, with sticky novas for example during the whole bc classic. Really. - they ruined the magic of rogue cause no counterplays to juke cc with vanish etc (as u said). 1/2
2/2 Also, - Flare was absolute garbage in both way. It was not a safe zone for hunter, and anyone could enter it in order to open without using shs, and on the other hand you could keepnthe flare debuff for 4 sec after leaving its area. Even 30 yards away. Ruining your vanishs sometimes. You could also use cloak INSIDE flare to vanish because of the delay to get flare reapplied, rofl. - interven was also broken af sometimes. Couldnt properly remove it to sap off blind for example because removing it would simply trigger combat on the target. LOL - stealth level HELLO... Should i mention that you could eat saps everyday during vanish mod because they did not fix the stealth lvl of vanish. Any rogue with perception/google was able tosap a rogue with prevanish. I did an entire theorycraft article about that on silentshadows, it was rly easy to look into numbers and to fix that. Mathematically not possible to happen. 3) each arena season was a fail. - whole s1 with tornadoes. Hi hi ho he thank you that was fun jk horrible. Im glad i wasnt active during s1. - vanilla items in arena was also silly... They needed two seasons to take a decision. C'mon. S1 mage rogue was super boosted with that vanilla trinket. Literraly a guldan skull equivalent in s1. Thx for breaking the meta from the get go. Those fkin human wlock rushing mounted with percept/paranoia/chicken. Aids. No step sap possible for a whole season. Any pvp devs ? Ofc not - then we had that engineering belt meta. Cool. Messed the whole s2. ... Not to mention those reagent ppl could use in arenas to absorb dmg. I dont remember the name. - then we had goggles meta for s3 and 4 I need a rest, im tired of typing reasons to feel like bcc was a joke.

I was always suffering some type of pressure of "being sbkzor" in the game and in 2014 on fun servers i was always chosing weird nicks. I've released one of my most exposed video in 2014 with the name of Britta / Brittaperry (www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=242097&stream=69) but i was the king of secret nicknames so we possibly met eachother in a duel zone of smolderforge server, and did thousands of duel... ? could be that. Usually ppl recognized me as (very) good for duels, because I was really into mastering the mechanics and trying to do entertaining/risky stuff
