- Minecraft Enderman XP Farm Tutorial 1.20+ For Bedrock and Java Edition
In today's video, i'll show you that how you can make an easy and efficient enderman xp farm in your survival world! This farm produces lots of experience and ender pearls, you can easily get from level 0 to 30 in a few minutes. It is very simple to build and doesn't require a lot of materials. This farm works for both bedrock and java editions of minecraft. Enjoy :)

Only thing I would change about this is make the temporary blocks known that they’re supposed to be temporary other than that it’s a great tutorial

If you are on java edition, instead of bridging out 63 blocks you need to bridge out 256 blocks away from the end islands or enderman will still spawn on the main island, minimizing the farm's effectiveness.
I only went out 100 blocks and it works just fine :)

@@EpicFishGamer some endermen still spawn on the very edge of the main island for me but its only a matter of minutes to get to level 30+

@@Tom-jz5vh oh yeah! time to do some landscaping in the end ;)
getting down to y=1 can be done alot easier by putting a lava stream over the edge first, wait for it to get to the bottom, then put a water stream next to it and convert it to cobblestone, saves you the effort of having to balance in the water stream and possibly falling into the void (from a hardcore perspective)
But that trick doesn't work on bedrock edition anymore.

If id like to add an enchanting area by the killing point, would it "ruin" the farm by lets say, adding a 10x10 area, or less in any direction from the killing area?
Yes, you can make an enchanting room but make sure to cover it up with carpets or leaves.

I highly recommend adding another ring to the base so you can get the most xp from the farm other wise it is a great farm

@@tyronypeperony9491 to the platform you stand on because the exp can spread up 3 blocks on where the entity died hopes that clears things up lol. But yes if you expand the platform than yes expand the roof so no enderman spawn on the extension.
I suggest using sweeping edge 3 for more kills and exp at once

I built it 63 blocks away, and no endermen were spawning. Then I saw a comment that said 256 blocks, but only went an extra 100. I REBUILT IT 2 TIMES IN CREATIVE FOR IT TO NOT WORK AND IF IT DOESNT WORK THE THIRD TIME I'M SUING.
Update: It works really well so thanks I guess for the good farm and wasting 1.5 hours of my life

sweeping edge III to kill more endermans
Bedrock doesn't include Sweeping Edge because there's no sword sweep at all in the game.
want to ask, in this farm we can directly look at enderman eye. Is that okay? should we add 1 more block below so we can't see enderman eyes directly?
If you can directly look into their eyes they will not be able to teleport and hurt you, its completely fine.

Can pretty much guarantee, time invested and resources taken into consideration this is pretty much the best easy xp farm out there. Easily set up in half an hour and the rate is much better than other, way more complex farms

so I pretty much did everything to a T and an enderman got in the boat with my endermite almost immediately... any idea what I did wrong or how to fix it? I've spent almost 4 hours on this at this point and don't want to have to do any more than what I have to 😢

I don't think it matters. It just has to be a solid, non-translucent block
Endermen will break the farm. It has to be a block endermen can’t pick up

No. Tridents are a projectile weapon, like arrows. The enderman will teleport.

how did you get so many enderman to be in that space at once, i built a similar enderman farm in bedrock but the enderman always only spawn when there is less than 10 enderman and once its got 10 enderman it completely stops spawning, i tried afk 30 mins but its still the same

@@waterireIf you’re on Java Edition, you likely built the farm too close to the main island. You can build out 63 blocks on Bedrock Edition. For Java, I’d say build out 256 blocks for maximum effectiveness.

I made mine out of dirt but did everything else the same, any idea why no enderman will spawn on the platform? :/
I've tried flying to the main island and back multiple times but still nothing :/
@@jacksonpaine4674 if its too close to the main island they'll all spawn there instead, i had to build about 110 blocks out to get away from the main island. could be your problem
you shouldn't use dirt they can pick the dirt up and ruin farm

@@scoped2164cuz youre in bedrock, for me, i have a limit of 10 endermen only, so i have to afk kill it in order to spawn another one; however, in java, endermen tend to spawn more and faster than in bedrock.

Very bad at explaining it, at some part in the video you just skipped to a different set of smooth stone blocks. And when me and my friend finished, it work only a little bit, as the endermen reached a limit at some point
