AI is a growing market and it's projected to grow.
I suppose by the end of the year you'll find a lot of people who try to deliver AI Implementations and solutions but will bring no actual value to the end customer.
That's how I'm planning to win: relentless customer focus and delivering products that actually solve customer issues!

Lots of people are selling Ai chatbots.. they are selling it for $3500 one time payment but can't we sell it for $3500/pm just like SMMA?
You can use the AI Chatbot as the first product that you sell to a business (Keep in mind that, once you build the AI Chatbot, this can be easily replicated) and then transition to selling automations or other tools that might help in increasing their productivity.
That's the strategy that I'll personally apply

cost me for sending bulk cold emails outreach?
~100$ per month divided in:
- Google Workspaces
- A lead collection tool (Apollo / Snov.io)
- A lead sending tool (Instantly / Smartleads)
That's the best setup that I suggest
How much do you spend on outreach to clients and what service to provide upfront? eg: chatbot for qna
I spend ~100$ per month on cold email tools (Apollo, Google Domains, Google Workspaces, Smartleads) but you can also start for free by sending cold looms on Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn
What I actually would love to know is the offer you provide. How do you want to reach the 100k, what's your offer plan(pricing, how many retainer et.c)?

Hello, Thank you for the courage to show your way in creating an agency. I live in Russia and I also want to go the same way . I will be happy to follow your releases and repeat the steps. I also plan to participate in the grandees and test the demand for the service by creating a website and launching seed traffic in telegram . But since I have worked in the field of online schools for a long time and am now a product manager, these services can be implemented even by familiar diretors in companies. I understand from the inside how difficult and expensive it is there with support and customer support.
