I’ve been off hormonal birth control (now have Kyleena) for almost two months now and i have changed TREMENDOUSLY! My emotions have stabled out, i RARELY have anxiety anymore.. i wake up happy and motivated everyday instead of sad for no reason. It was such a blessing!

I'm so happy I got off birth control. I was having extreme emotions for no reason. When i first got off the pill i was depressed probably from just coming off the hormones so now i feel so much better. I'm the happiest I have been in a while.

Honestly, I love fitness but I LOVE watching other things than just fitness as well! Vlogging, getting ready, unboxing, favorites of the month, product empties, maybe some cooking stuff, makeup routines, basic day routine, decor video, maybe a in depth video about "it's a beautiful day to be alive" and how it came your thing (maybe some tips about how you appreciate everyday, what you do... maybe a gratitude journal or something), pros and cons about certain things like some product or living in Utah or something. If you read you could share your favorite books or even tv shows... how to be and stay happy and motivated. GIRL, there is a lot you could do. But in the end, it doesn't matter because we're all here for you!

I CANNOT thank you enough for speaking so openly about your experience being on the birth control pill. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder 2.5 years ago and it wasn’t until I heard you speak about your experience with the pill that it finally clicked that that’s what was causing my depression. My doctors told me I was wrong and that my birth control couldn’t cause that but hearing your story and so many others gave me the confidence to go off the pill. I’m feeling better than I have been in years!
Ilysm! I think it would be fun to see you work with someone who may have some experience in the gym, but is still kind of unsure about what to do or knows stuff but feels silly working out. Also, I think it would be interesting to see you do a workout with someone and showing various modifications for different skill/strength/ability levels.

It’s not an insane amount, but i went from a very active lifestyle to trying to adjust to college (& nursing school). I have became so self conscious about it and so hard on myself about it. I also have been struggling really hard with being able to manage my time to go to the gym when i have 3 exams within less than 2 weeks. I got your app and have worked on trying to be consistent but it’s hard and I get hard on myself. Your videos always bring me so much motivation to go to the gym and to try my best. I have oatmeal with cinnamon and strawberries every day too! Something I’ve found is cooking banana pieces in the oats when heating it up adds a yummy texture and enhances the strawberry taste! :)

Girllll I tried birth control pills and then an IUD and I felt SO MUCH BETTER. I was so sad, so depressed, gained weight but hadn’t changed my diet...it was horrible. But I went off and it was like a whole new world of joy opened up!
I’m obsessed with all of your videos! A video idea I’ve seen some fitness people doing is educating on what exercises not to do. Due to them being damaging to your joints or they don’t focus the right muscle groups. Then show a better option for that work out. Anyways LOVE you girl!

I CANNOT thank you enough for speaking so openly about your experience being on the birth control pill. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder 2.5 years ago and it wasn’t until I heard you speak about your experience with the pill that it finally clicked that that’s what was causing my depression. My doctors told me I was wrong and that my birth control couldn’t cause that but hearing your story and so many others gave me the confidence to go off the pill. I’m feeling better than I have been in years!

I can see why you may feel stuck in a rut and how you may feel fitness can feel at times a bit repetitive but I can sense the beauty industry can be quite the same. They do try PR packages with new products but I feel the same between the 2 where it’s the individual’s personality that gets me to sub and stay subbed. It’s not an insane amount, but i went from a very active lifestyle to trying to adjust to college (& nursing school). I have became so self conscious about it and so hard on myself about it. I also have been struggling really hard with being able to manage my time to go to the gym when i have 3 exams within less than 2 weeks. I got your app and have worked on trying to be consistent but it’s hard and I get hard on myself. Your videos always bring me so much motivation to go to the gym and to try my best. I have oatmeal with cinnamon and strawberries every day too! Something I’ve found is cooking banana pieces in the oats when heating it up adds a yummy texture and enhances the strawberry taste! :)

Girllll I tried birth control pills and then an IUD and I felt SO MUCH BETTER. I was so sad, so depressed, gained weight but hadn’t changed my diet...it was horrible. But I went off and it was like a whole new world of joy opened up!
I’m obsessed with all of your videos! A video idea I’ve seen some fitness people doing is educating on what exercises not to do. Due to them being damaging to your joints or they don’t focus the right muscle groups. Then show a better option for that work out.

I have gone on so many diets and changed so many things in the gym just to feel comfortable in a swimsuit, and to look like the girls I see on Instagram. You sounded really tearful when you were talking about how people judge you when you are skinny and when you’ve gained weight and I think you are beautiful in every way!
