you should do this with an ai manager. Perfect stats and qualifications but starts unemployed or at an amateur team. It would be interesting to see where he would go and how influential he would be to each team he managed. And apologies for that Lyndon Dykes recommendation on the network game, I thought he would have been rated better.
It would be interesting to see how a perfect goalkeeper can impact a poor team and/or national team. An outfield player can only have so much of any impact when playing alongside much worse players but there’s a chance a keeper might be able to have a bigger impact.

I named them all after my school friends and I had to code it in DOS. Made the fatal mistake of giving myself £0 cash and for some reason it was impossible to generate money back then so the players started to ask for pay rises and the only way to fund it was to sell one of my players to Man Utd. Was heartbreaking! Also, I would beat every team by 30+ goals every game - so many goals it used to go off the screen and you couldn’t see all of the scorers. Would be great if you could recreate this and see how the team did for 20 years 😄
i can explain! the gibraltar national league splits after one full round of matches (i.e. everyone plays each other once) into a championship group for the top half and a challenge group for the bottom half so man 62 didn't win the league, they finished 7th in the first phase of the season, qualified for the challenge group, then won the challenge group, hence why they're both 7th and 1st and why mr perfect only appears to have played 20 games in a season - that's every match of the challenge group unlike apertura / clausura in latin american countries though, they don't crown champions for both phases of the competition, just the latter

swap youth ratings of countries so that the best countries youth rating become the worst and the worst countries youth rank becomes the best, the second best and second worst also swap etc
Redo this experiment but give Gribraltar a perfect Centre Back and Striker as well. See how all 3 do. But more importantly what can they do for the national team.
As someone who generally runs a 4-2-3-1, I find myself always needing Attacking Mids, which can be frustrating when so many of them only play AMC or sometimes Striker or one of the wings. And if I get a very good Defensive Midfielder, he's probably going to be stuck playing Center rather than me adapting my shape to accommodate his natural form. I think the AI does this as well. Also as a North American, formation terminology is so confusing to me. I mean your "4-3-3" to me is more of a "4-5-1 (DM)", but in actuality, I always count every row that has players on it separately. So a 4-4-2 is fine, but a 4-4-2 Diamond would be a 4-1-2-1-2 and that "4-3-3" would be a "4-1-2-2-1 (maybe throw in a Wide)". I know it's unsexy and kind of nitpicky, but I find otherwise you have have four or five different names for effectively the same formation.
In my FM20 save with Sunderland, a Gibraltarian regen striker popped up and was pretty much the best striker in the world. I hated him because I put in a bid an 80m bid to Arsenal for him and Barcelona came in at the last minute, only to poach him away. National team were still rubbish though.
I did this with marc vivien foe back on champ man 01/02 after he died in "tribute". Stuck him at Plymouth Argyle for some reason. Cannot remember how he got on tho.
Most Goals, most Assists, highest average rating and MoM in over half the games played while not even playing up front? Thought you were describing Messi for a sec there.
Why not u make 3 Mr Perfect in each of their position example 1 ST, 1 CM and 1 CB and make all of them same nationality so maybe all 3 of them can be their national heroes to win the World cup..
Add in a GK aswell so they have all the bases covered, always wondered if only 4 players covering all the key positions would be enough to make a substantial change.

@@fitrivanpersie5928 Sounds good, and have them all at the same club or league in a small nation on a 20+ year in the future transfer deal, so they can't move and see how much they can improve the dynamic youth rating of their nation or the clubs nation.

@@fitrivanpersie5928 I see, I myself would enjoy the lockdown to one club or league, as if they are allowed to move we get the same spiel as seen countless times before with moving to PSG, Man City etc. With them locked down in a country like San Marino or Andorra, we could really see some interesting things happen due to the dynamic Youth Ratings if all works well with some good talents coming out. But that's just my preference, making low ranked nations good have always intrigued me when playing CM/FM.
I once choose Gibraltar as my nationality and going through about 40 seasons. The Gibraltar itself didn't make any good player even tho my son on game has the worst atributes on the team 😅
Being the perfect player with all attributes 20. I do personally feel the hidden attributes play an important role too in developing the player. Maybe Jack you could tweak that slightly to create an even better and Mr Perfect.

especially if the manager is locked at the club. put a perfect manager in the sixth tier of english football and see what happens.

To see the dynamic youth rating take effect I’d imagine you need success with the teams in that nation to see it really move up

European International League (where you looked for Gibraltar) is UEFA Nations League. Conference League, as you called it, is a club competition. :D

20 in every ability is a god. The perfect player would be 200/200 CA, you're not able to get 20 in every stat.
Yes you can by using in game editor and freeze the stats for this player.
