111 always tell us to go either walk in centre or a and e with our 4 year old and the appointment booking never gets us seen quicker. So we tend to just go walk in centre to save time waiting for the call back.
Every time i go to 'Urgent care' the receptionist is horrible and tells me off for going there, constantly rolling her eyes saying why didn't i go to the GP and making tuting noises.Despite I always ring 111 first and GP before I go to see if it's the right choice. Plus of course i woudl go to the GP if it happened during the day. Honestly as long as the patients are nice can the staff just be a bit nicer? i get extreme anxiety to go to urgent care and constant guilt and apologise being there. I don't understand telling someone off every time if 111 and GP tell you to go there.

Pharmacy First is not a new thing. I used to work in pharmacy in 2015 and they were doing these practices then.
So basically pay up with private healthcare? 😡😡
What’s doctor Sara done to make her so awful to wait with?
