Istanbul Karakoy style Fish Wrap | Interesting street food

Fish is only eaten with onions!
It's time to leave behind the rules like you can't squeeze lemons on fish.
I'm not sure if this recipe is compatible with Karaköy yet, but I think it would be nice. I will be happy if I contribute to the branding of KARAKÖY FISH tacos with its uniqueness and bringing a new dimension to street tastes. The fish wrap recipe, which Japanese tourists queue up in front of, is only available at ÇAKKAL LEZZETLER.
To eat this wrap in Karaköy, my friends, whose taste I trust, recommended Dingo's Barn, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. If you go try it.
FISH WRAP
I start with the supply of imported mackerel and lavash.
All the grocery stores now have Norwegian mackerel.
Packages of 4 cleaned and frozen half fish.
If you can buy lavash from your local wrap, you will have a much more successful wrap that is not easily torn.
If not, you can still buy it from local lavash in the markets.
Chop your onions and capia peppers very finely. Turn in oil. Add some soy sauce and plenty of red pepper powder and cook on high heat.
Put the fish in olive oil that has been heated to the bottom of a lidded pan, close the lid and cook by reducing the heat. When the skin side is cooked through and browned, sprinkle generously with black pepper on the skinless side and turn.
Make a mixture of olive oil, water, sumac, ground pepper, chili pepper in a deep bowl.
Spread this mixture on the outside of the wraps when you've rolled the fish and vegetables and sealed them.
Cook your burrito in the frying pan by pressing it until the outside becomes crispy.
