Same here I'm hoping to lose more weight to get off BP pills . Lost 15 so far through drinking more water, walking, and portion control. It may be a small loss but I am definitely beginning to feel it in my body! Feels good!

I'm glad u were able 2 get ur A1C levels back 2 normal I 2 have this same issue w/A1C levels being elevated twice & the 1st time I lost 85lbs & it went back down & now its back elevated again & have 2 do the same thing. I'm happy 4 u that u've accomplished the goal & needed thus video 2 get me back on track so I will be on track as well. Thanks 4 always educated ur views its truly needed. Until next time❤

I did notice you had lost weight, i see you drink water and less soda too. I stopped drinking soda in January and my stomache feels so much better and i lost some pounds. Your conversation is on point!

I just went through the same thing with my BP; however it’s at the point where my doctor said.. nope a small dosage and we will go from there. I can switch my way of eating all I want but the reality is High BP is genetic and I’m like you… I want to live. You got this…. You will be here for your family 💋
