its because the flamethrower wasnt meant to go through the armour anyways, people just got used to the glitch, kind of like with the commando destroying fabs, its not supposed to but it does
@@angusdarling8732 Accidental or not, it made the flamethrower mostly balanced. I'd be okay if they maybe doubled the amount of fuel required to kill a charger but it doing basically nothing against them was a horrible decision.
I think they should buff and nerf things as a dynamic warfare rather than balancing of game, instead of balancing they should keep throwing the game out of balance as a lore. By making enemies more resistant to new weaponry as the war goes on and I counter that we make new powerful weapons. Like a cold war weapon race.
Could it be that Arrowhead has unbalanced the game (more enemies, but less powerful weapons) just to make the player feel helpless? I have to say that I've never felt so pushed around in this game. I spend most of my time running away and letting the bombers flail instead of actively fighting.
So did the Interstellar Terminids cause the latest set of nerfs?
Haha! Possibly
That would be a glitch, fire was not supposed to go through armor in the first place.
People just grew accustomed to that glitch.
Bringing out a flamethrower warbond at the same time as nerfing flamethrowers massively has got to be the most incomprehensible move i've seen from AH
I agree. It does seem like the new flame weapons are still somewhat decent, but the nerf in general is so bonkers

Extremely based

Let us just wait and see Super Earth burn. Let them reap the fruits of their nerf labour.
I wish we didn't get the interstellar nerfs though. I just uninstalled when they nerfed the flamethrower. Rest in piss
