Your chanel is very unique to RUclips. There aren't any like your on here. Amazingly generous giving all these knowledge away for free. there will be many people that can make a living out of these knowledge that's for sure.
Thank you JD, you are so great at what you do. It is never ceases to amaze me that you can make a brand new knot every week. I will be buying your book before too long.
Time to Thank You again. This is the first time that I've managed to learn( and I do mean learn without forgeting) two separate bracelets within one month. Usually, I get the basic technique down during the span of month and do not attempt a new bracelet for at least another 6 weeks or so but I found that I was able to pick up the Zipper Sinnet and Coyote Trail back to back, without becoming confused. I'll take time and practice both more before moving on the next project. Thanks Again.
not a problem at all, buy or borrow a tube of acrylic paint, put a dab into a bucket filled with water, swirl around and mix very very well, dip cord you want to color into the bucket, leave for 2 weeks, remove cord daily and stir, stir, stir.. Carnelian red will make a pastel pink with white cord. this method will dye nylon, wool, and silk!
I love the way this bracelet looks and feels I pre-ordered your new book but I have a friend who only speaks spanish what languages does it come ps keep up the good work
try straightening it out with your fingers, twisting is usually you have a strand out of place somewhere that needs to be moved or adjusted a little bit.
the bracelet would only be as good as it's strength endurance, if you taxed the bracelet to the maximum, ideally the knot be stronger, because the knot would be rigged to hold up to 450 lbs. However, a simple toggle knot can easily slip if the whole bracelet was made too loose, and the securing mechanism is simply melting them together so it may or may not hold vs. a full tolerance test. If you wanted a strong buckle I would go with using climbing gear buckles and double square knots.
I like the bracelet, but just showing a couple of illustrations is not enough, for me this isn't an easy bracelet to make maybe a few more illustrations would be nice, thank u

what is the string
The videos would be more helpful if you explained how to do it! Can you use gimp to make these too?
sehr interessant, gut gemacht, Daumen hoch. VlG Hornissenpapst
harddddddddd!!!
@loricaa
You can but the design is almost lost in the small cord....
I wish they told me how to do it with a buckle
At 1:31 shouldn't it be the fallopian tube knot
Don`t you think a two-strand crown knot would finish this off more elegantly?
kinda hard with one color :(
wowowoow
you can get 16ft of paracord at hobby lobby for 1.99
