I still remember my feelings when I first read about this subject of mental reality, or creating your own illusionary tunnel, I feared, there’s fear in not relating things to you, there’s fear in knowing things as they are, not dominantly as you are. There’s fear from truth! And this I don’t understand why..
Greetings from the middle east. Thank you for your efforts, truly a great content! 🙏

You're the first person I've found that also came to this conclusion or understanding and I'm glad you finished it off with a possible means of remedying it. I don't usually have a satisfactory answer to it myself. People might just have to change their patterns of thinking to support the way out of self deception and you can never expect people to change, you can just try to get it right during their formative years in education and if you live in a society that isn't supporting the way to that clearer vision people aren't going to inherently choose that path unless it means something to them personally like most mystical truth seekers who are self motivated towards that end.
The spiritual traditions of humanity are still the main means of developing the psyche in this direction but I have noticed with the advances in things like modern psychology and neuroscience, there have been efforts by those academics and even some corporate employee training modules to spread knowledge that previously may have been rejected as "backwards" by some political & philosophical schools of thought.

Stoicism and other hellenistic philosophies teach a similar thing to maya with it's doctrines of "assent to impressions of truth" aka phantasiai and doxa which gave socrates a hard time as we know when he tried to get people to realize that most of the things they accept as knowledge are really illusory. There is a big problem here though because people are more inclined to be closed off and preserve their existing world view to avoid having that veil lifted off them so sudden which is certainly not good for ones mental health even if it is ultimately the Truth.
Mystery schools know very well that the psyche will not accept this for its own safety even, so you have to kind of ease into things with a graded methodology ideally based on nature as we see with things like hermetic qabala or alchemical stages of development. These things are like universities for people who are seeking truth and the meaning of life and it's never forced on people and they even say that's for a very good reason because, amongst other things, someone living in the lower functions of their mind is statistically likely to try to capitalize on sacred knowledge to ease the stressors on their existence. My personal favorite excuse for proper application of silence & secrecy is that it's like staring at the true form of Zeus. You might just spontaneously combust at the sight of its brilliance.

This is such an important message, thank you for sharing it in such a concise way. If I could try to summarize it, I’d say there is a fundamentally different kind of psyche/mind/subjectivity worth being attained that people are keeping themselves from realizing by the ways they currently think.

love your point of view. I'd love to get your thoughts on some of my videos where I share my understanding of the Way of the Spheres and the practice of spherical thinking that is Buckminster Fuller's Synergetics. There is a lot of resonance with the pythagorean perception of geometry, however not coming from a literate perspective but rather an experiential one, with every aspect of geometry and the structure of spacetime comprehensively modelable. That is not to say everything can be explained and understood at once, on the contrary, understanding and modeling the principles at play takes spacetime to unfold. One at a time.

I watched a number of your videos. Thank you. I never before heard of Buckminster Fuller (had to look him up). What an excellent visual/experiential guide to conveying the transformative properties of number and geometry!
