Once, a guy commented on my messy hair during an audit of a PSU. Throughout the audit i made him find bills authorised by him related to cash and advances. He couldn't find most, he was left anxious throught the remaining audit. He never dared to question my integrity based on appearance. I think if you know the right strings to pull, you can win over every situation.
