@Stardomplayyet somehow the fov slider works fine on my PC, which has a much weaker CPU (and all other components) than the XSX/PS5

@nickslicks-i9r I’ve been playing it since last August, and I’ve put over 450 hours into it since then. I haven’t run into any sort of the bugs you’re talking about, and I’ve played it on PS5, PC, and Steam Deck.

It's an accessibility feature that should be an industry standard. Low FoV makes me extremely dizzy and nauseous
@memphus you dont understand game development then. Larger FOV means larger strain in GPU and resources which means poor performance. Its not an industry standard to have FOV sliders on console either, why lie.
@yousjiveturkeyfov slider seems to work fine on my shitty PC which is definitely inferior to the XSX/PS5

I changed from PC to a PS5 pro… “plug and play”, not “plug, try to make it run, it doesn’t, try again, it collapses the CPU, graphics down, it runs but at 10fps… etc”.
A good PC is 4000-5000 dollars. PS5 Pro is 700 dollars.

A decent pc with RTX 5060 costs around the same price as a PS5 Pro. 4000-5000 means gaming at native 8K 30 FPS in ultra settings, that's Extream PC, not just "good" pc like you say. Don't compare that with PS5 Pro. These exaggerations by consolers to make themselves feel better ...pfft.

I’ve been planning to trade my PS5 in and upgrade to a Pro, but they just increased to Pro price to $900 💀
Yeah stay with a regular one. It’s totally not worth it and it wasn’t even worth it for $750 tough. I had both of them and the same cpu in both, is the whole bootleneck, in many games, there is literally no difference at all since cpu can’t handle higher frames

Impossible because of platform regulation/incompatibilities & basic understanding (reading directions) of the users, if you want mods, get it on pc.

That’s such a dumb ass statement. I bought a 4070 Super when they launched and it can’t barely even look and run as smooth as this and that’s was a $1000 gpu at the time. If you have to spend more on a graphics card to make the game look “better” it’s seriously not worth the price of admission. Literally it’s the less than 1% of the gaming population that are always spouting this masterclass pc superiority nonsense. For what a PS5 Pro costs it’s an incredible experience for the performance.
