I am really in a bad place, he broke up with me yesterday after so many years, we were on vacation great, and then he had a panic attack and I didnt know how to react and what to do, I tried to keep him company and kinda made all seem normal afterwards. I didnt know what it was happening, I thought he wanted space or time to get collected. I kept doing stuff as planned to make it all seem okay and as normal as possible for him. He says that I wasnt supportive and that he went through the incident alone and therefore, he doesnt want to be any longer with me. Like I am so confused and broken. I have no idea how to feel or what to say, he hasnt answered any of my messages, I am trying to explain to him my point of view. I am Aries and he is Cap. I need some positive vibes because I am not in a good place at the moment.
