This is heart breaking. I wonder where this Portuguese seller got these antiques. Old churches in Portugal, even if they are in ruins, are considered national monuments. These antiques should be in a museum. It`s relly very sad !
It happens in every country almost every month sadly
Old manors. The religious orders were expelled in the XVII , XiX and at the beginning of the Xx century. So it could be from that . There’s a lot of of money in Portugal, the money is gone but the old stayed.
These would have been destroyed if the seller had not salvaged them . Thats whats sad . Beautiful architecture is torn down everyday . At least these are saved. Not everything belongs in a museum. These will be repurposed and loved because the seller saved them .
The title should be the most expensive firewood 😅

The Portuguese like the Brazilans don't care for their heritage (in general) . I've seen building burn to the ground in Lisbon and much destruction in Brazil. They don't frequent museums either, such a pity. On my last visit to Lisbon I came across a small palace, open to the elements, full of beautiful old tiles awaiting demolition to put up one of their favorite concrete boxes in it's place.

All the shop owner has to do is watch your videos to learn just how you negotiate and barter..... Drew vibrates when he see something he wants...so easy to read!! I find it very sad to see how these churches have been torn apart and sold...

This is totally unacceptable, sad. These people should not be allowed to take these pieces out of the country, break it up and sell. It will NEVER be possible to relocate all the pieces. ANYONE who really is crazy about “the history and the beauty and everything that is rapped up in that” would leave it. Greed!!!

@carolpageler8124. He's turning into the Wild Man from Borneo. I can't understand why Drew doesn't try to convince him to tidy himself up a little, after all they are childhood friends and I don't think Tee will be offended. I wonder what's happened to him. He seems a very nice and polite man.

First thing I noticed those disgusting horrible teeth were gone how it took him so long to clean up his image is a mystery especialy with a successful TV series..but I also know people who have horrible teeth who drive 200k ferraris only thing I can think of is fear of dentists but it's good Dru finally changed his image and I wish him well
When it is all you can stare at is the glare from toilet bowl white crowns, then they picked the wrong shade. These glow in the dark.

Nobody seems to get the truth about this guy. His shop at Liberties,failed .his shop in Colwyn Bay failed. He Put all his "bad buys" into Dreweatts Auctions on March 5-6 2024 to pay off his debts of the " fat end" of almost a Million. He pretends it's all his own " Personal Collection" But it's all the stuff he's overpaid for and can't sell. Imagine how well he might have done if he had a BIT of an ego. ha!!
All he will do now is fleece his buyers
