Hi! Did you adjust the processor in the bios? It's just that it's so cold.
i didnt change anything in bios except for my ram
thats about the normal cpu temps i get as well but mine is like 4-5 degrees higher while gaming. 40-45 on idle

i have the same specs except I have a 4070 super and i get 700-1000 in game and in creative 900-100 and holy your on 0 ping i play on 60 and im unreal too
